Description
Designed for the production of pellets from sawdust, grass flour, peat, straw, combined feed, grain bran, husks, sugar production waste, bird droppings, etc.
It should be noted that each type of raw material requires the installation of its own matrix.

Operating principle
The material prepared for granulation enters the screw conveyor and is loaded into the bunker, from where the flour is evenly fed into the mixer by a batcher, where it is moistened with water or steam to the moisture required for granulation and intensively mixed with a mixer. Moisture promotes the formation of strong granules. From the mixer, the moistened mass is discharged into the press. Between the rotating matrix and the pressing rollers, the trapped mass is pressed under high pressure through the holes of the matrix, and granules are formed. High temperature and fragile granules are transported by elevator to the cooler. In the process of cooling, the granules acquire the necessary hardness, humidity and temperature. From the cooler, the granules enter the sorting, where the separation of conditioned granules from the crumbs takes place. The granules are discharged through the unloading mouth, and the crumb is sucked off into the cyclone and then sent along with the main mass for re-pressing.
Packing and transportation
Granulator OGM-1.5 is shipped without packaging. A standard van is required to transport complete equipment.
fuel pellets
Fuel pellets are a product of pressing dry woodworking waste of a cylindrical shape, with a diameter of 6-8mm (European standard) and a length of 10-30mm. Fuel pellets are formed under the action of the mechanical pressure of the press. This is a free-flowing substance that can be fed into the furnace automatically. Strict requirements are imposed on the quality of fuel pellets in Europe. Remember: good equipment - quality pellets! Softwoods are easier to process than hardwoods. When processing hard rocks, energy is consumed by about 30% more.
Press lubrication - the oil sprayed by the sprinkler is collected in the oil sump, from here it enters the main shaft bearing cavity through the oil pipeline. The bearings of the high-speed and intermediate shafts are splash lubricated, the pressure rollers are manually lubricated during operation.
